happy Birthday to ME! :)
I am 26 today, and it's nice, but really feels like just another day. i am upset because I missed church this morning, woke up at 11, by the time we would have gotten to church a half hour later I would've felt stupid for bothering, plus I wouldn't have gotten to really sit and concentrate on the services. I tried, though! I was curious if they would've sang happy birthday to me like they do sometimes, but yet I know they might not have because I seem a little shy and embarrassed to people there sometimes. I just couldn't bear to show up that late and walk in while services were going on, but yet I missed them! I wanted to put a prayer request out about someone, too.
Yesterday at a restaurant around here that I used to work at a waitresses' husband came into the parking lot, shot the bf to death, then killed himself. This lady is only 27, and while working at lunchtime on just another Saturday she lost her husband and bf. Ina few minutes two lives were lost. The killer is dead, and the lady is left alive to suffer. Life sucks and is so ugly at times!
I am taking my kids to the circus today! It's very exciting, so I have to quit being so upset about missing church this morning so that we can still try and have a fun afternoon. Not too many people end up being able to go to the circus on their birthday!
Happy Anniversary! (I heard someone, very logically, of course, talking about you only have one "birth day" and the rest are all really anniversaries and I like that…lol.) Have fun at the circus! *me*
